About this Course
As the name suggests, this 3 Day course is all about mastering all aspects of both Volume & Classic lash application and also how to combine the two (Hybrid Lashing).
Ideal for Lash Stylists who want to further perfect their Classic lash fundamentals whilst also learning how to create beautiful hand-made Russian Volume and Hybrid lashes without feeling "rushed" to learn everything in a day or two.
This course covers everything that is taught in our 2 Day Volume Lash Mastery class and then on the additional 3rd day, you'll also learn:
- Two custom techniques for creating Classic & Volume bottom lashes
- Advanced application techniques for improving accuracy and saving time
- Hybrid (Classic & Volume Mix) application techniques including "Kim K" textured lash styling
- How to correctly style for competitions to achieve that flawless gram-worthy sets with perfect blending
- How to professionally deal with the most difficult clients you’ll ever come across
- Strategies for how to design and price your lash menu correctly
- How to define your ideal client and structure your business to appeal to her
- Learn our social media marketing strategies for growing your business
- Extra time to troubleshoot and answer all your lash questions
- Extra 4 hours of supervised model practice to further perfect your Volume and Hybrid Lash techniques
Who Can Enrol?
Our Volume Courses are only suitable for Lash Stylist’s with a minimum of 3 months full-time experience and who are able to apply a full set of classic lashes in under 1 hour 45 minutes with no two natural lashes stuck together (Stickies) and zero extensions touching the skin.
As this is an Advanced Lash Course, it's important that you are already quite confident with your classic lash fundamentals before attending.
After meeting the course requirements you'll be issued with a Certificate of Completion certifying you as a Volume Eyelash Extension Specialist by Joy Crossingham of LashJoy Academy.
Total Study Hours
Practical = 12+ hours ( 2 x 4 hour model sessions + 1 x 4 hour volume fan perfecting)
Theory = 15+ hours
Work Experience = 2 x high quality Volume Lash full sets with photographic evidence supplied

Day 2 - 9:30 AM / Finish 6:30 PM
Day 3 - 9:30 AM / Finish 6:30 PM
Models - 2:30 PM - 6:30 PM (Day 2 & 3 Only)
